Refunds

Last updated: 30 July 2026

Confirm the terms before launch. The 14 day window below is a suggestion, and it is repeated on the pricing page and in the FAQ. If you change it, change it in all three places. Payment providers may also impose their own minimum standards.

14 days, no argument

If DigiRecord is not right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to justify the request.

Why we offer a trial first

The 14 day trial exists so that you can find out whether the software suits you before paying anything. It carries the full Pro feature set. We would rather you used it and decided not to buy than bought and asked for your money back.

How to request one

Email support@screenpager.com with the licence key or the email address you bought with. We do not need a reason, though we will read one if you send it.

What happens to the licence

A refunded licence is deactivated. The desktop application notices this at its next check, within one to two weeks, and returns to trial or unlicensed state. Anything you already recorded, generated or exported stays on your computer and remains yours.

After 14 days

We are not obliged to refund after that, but if something is genuinely broken and we cannot fix it, write to us anyway. We would rather resolve it than have you stuck with software that does not work.
